Chris started Vision Accounting in 2014 after many years of working within a reputable local firm of Chartered Accountants. In addition to this practice experience Chris has also worked in industry and is able to pass on practical and real world knowledge of how to manage business finances to our clients.
He is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and started working in accounting in 2005.
Chris has a real passion for seeing our clients develop, grow and become more profitable, this is the basis that Vision Accounting was formed on and remains our core ethos moving forward.
Charlotte is fully AAT Qualified and has been working in accounting since 2012, benefitting from both practice and industry experience.
She manages a portfolio of her own clients and also oversees Vision Financial, our sister company through which we offer mortgage advice and related protection.
Charlotte has a real eye for detail and applies this to all aspects of her day to day work, her exceptional levels of organisation are a valuable asset that has benefitted many of our clients in improving their accounting systems.
Dan is our Client Account Manager. He joined us in 2018 after working within Corporate Finance and has gone from strength to strength since.
He is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and also Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT).
Dan completed his AAT Qualification with us in 2021 and then progressed onto completing his ACCA Qualification which he did so in 2025.
Being fully trained and accredited to the highest level in all accounting software that we recommend to our clients, Dan regularly gives onsite or remote training to our clients to ensure that they maximise the potential of their accounting software.
Dan is always on hand to answer any queries and always provides great remote support and assistance to our clients.
Mihaela joined the team in 2024 and is a Qualified Accounting Technician. She completed her AAT Qualification in 2019 and has lots of invaluable experience in bookkeeping, VAT, payroll and CIS reporting.
Originally from Moldova, Mihaela moved to the Isle of Wight in 2015. She has worked for an Accounts Practice based in London as well as several local businesses, including the charity sector.
Mihaela is adept at using many accounting softwares, so will be on hand to answer any bookkeeping and software queries.
Rebecca joined the team in 2024 after spending many years working for a local highly regarded practice. She is a Qualified Accounting Technician and completed her AAT Level 4 in 2019.
She specialises in accounts preparation and is proficient in many of the different pieces of accounting software, so will be available to answer any queries you may have.
Jenny joined the team in 2025, bringing with them a wealth of experience from working at a respected local accountancy practice. She is a Qualified Accounting Technician and completed the AAT Level 4 qualification in 2025.

Emilie joined Vision Accounting in 2025 after spending many years working for a local well respected practice.
Emilie has lots of experience in Bookkeeping and Payroll and is currently working towards her AAT Qualification. She is a real asset to the team with her enthusiasm and super-fast ability to learn new skills.
Louise joined us in April 2023 as our Practice Manager. With a strong eye for detail and a people-focused approach, Louise ensures that clients receive a professional and seamless experience from their very first interaction overseeing the onboarding process.
Louise plays a key role coordinating personnel and making sure that both our clients and our team are well supported.
She joins us from a long career in HR and the experience that she brings to the role is invaluable.
Nicola joined the team in 2026 as our Administration Assistant. Nicola is often our client's first point of contact answering the phones and welcoming visitors.
With a degree in Finance and Accounting, as well as experience working in a London accountancy practice, Nicola brings a great mix of knowledge to the role.
Danielle is our lead Mortgage and Protection Advisor and joined us in July 2023.
She joins the team with vast experience in the insurance industry working in China and Hong Kong as well as a spell working with a well-respected mortgage broker.
Danielle has a real passion for making sure that our clients needs are met and will explore every avenue to get the desired outcome with the more niche cases her speciality.
